Tos Lanka’s Marantz Desktop AOI machine has the capability of automatically inspecting the manufacturing defects post reflow. It can detect defects such as component presence/absence, polarity, misalignment, insufficient solder, solder bridging etc. AOI is an extremely valuable tool in determining faults early in the production process. AOI is also able to perform all of the visual checks in a more accurate manner.

Visual inspection is a responsibility of selected core group of workers hand picked for training in Japan. Quality checking is at all times in compliance with IPC – A – 610 Rev D Class 2.

Tos Lanka’s test facilities are geared to provide customized solutions for our clients. This includes range of functional testing, in circuit testing, Automatic Optical Inspection, Gonogo testing and Firmware and software uploading.
